Section 95 — Sex Discrimination Act 1984: Obstruction etc.

(1) A person shall not insult, hinder, obstruct, molest or interfere with a person exercising a power or performing a function under this Act. Penalty: 10 penalty units. (2) For the purposes of an offence against subsection (1), strict liability applies to the physical element of circumstance, that a person is exercising a power or performing a function under this Act. Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
