Section 1037 — Social Security Act 1991: Mobility allowance not payable where person receiving motor vehicle assistance

A mobility allowance is not payable to a person: (a) if the person is provided with a motor vehicle under the Vehicle Assistance Scheme prepared under section 105 of the VEA—during any period during which the vehicle is provided; or (aa) if the person is provided with a motor vehicle under the Motor Vehicle Compensation Scheme under section 212 of the MRCA—during any period during which the vehicle is provided. Note: For VEA and MRCA see section 23.
