Section 1061E — Social Security Act 1991: Application may be withdrawn
Text of the provision Official document
(1) An applicant for an advance payment or a person acting on behalf of an applicant may withdraw an application that has not been determined. (2) An application that is withdrawn is taken not to have been lodged. (3) A withdrawal may be made orally or in writing.
