Section 1061JC — Social Security Act 1991: Amount of advance pharmaceutical allowance

Subject to section 1061JD, the amount of a person’s advance pharmaceutical allowance is: where: pharmaceutical allowance rate is the yearly amount of pharmaceutical allowance that would be added to the person’s maximum basic rate if a pharmaceutical allowance advance were not being paid to the person.
