Section 1061PAAE — Social Security Act 1991: Department official
Text of the provision Official document
For the purposes of this Division, Department official means a person: (a) who: (i) is an official (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013) of the Department; or (ii) is a Departmental employee (within the meaning of the Human Services (Centrelink) Act 1997); and (b) whose duties consist of, or include, matters relating to Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payments.
