Section 1061PAD — Social Security Act 1991: Amount of AVTOP for a primary victim

(1) The Secretary must determine the amount of an AVTOP payable to a person who is a primary victim of a declared overseas terrorist act. (2) The determination must be made in accordance with subsection (3) and the AVTOP Principles under section 1061PAF. (3) The amount must not exceed $75,000.
