Section 1061PK — Social Security Act 1991: Pensioner education supplement age

For the purposes of this Part, a person is of pensioner education supplement age if the person: (a) is at least 16 years old; or (b) is independent and has reached the minimum school leaving age for the State or Territory in which the person is living.
