Section 1061ZVCA — Social Security Act 1991: Simplified outline of this Part
Text of the provision Official document
A person incurs an SSL debt if the person receives a student start-up loan (except in certain circumstances when the loan is required to be recovered as a social security debt under this Act). Each SSL debt is incorporated into the person’s accumulated SSL debt. This accumulated SSL debt forms the basis for working out the amounts the person is obliged to repay.
