Section 1061ZVHC — Social Security Act 1991: Commissioner may make assessments

The Commissioner may, from any information in the Commissioner’s possession, whether from a return or otherwise, make an assessment of: (a) the person’s accumulated SSL debt on 1 June immediately before the making of the assessment; and (b) the amount required to be paid in respect of the person’s repayable SSL debt under section 1061ZVHA.
