Section 1061ZZAY — Social Security Act 1991: Existing contracts

(1) A contract is also a financial supplement contract if it is a contract referred to in section 8.2 of the Social Security Student Financial Supplement Scheme 1998. (2) The termination date for the contract is the date set out in the contract. (3) The contract period is the period beginning on the day when the contract was made and ending on 31 May in the year in which the last of the periods referred to in paragraph 1061ZZCH(1)(b) ended or ends.
