Section 1061ZZBA — Social Security Act 1991: Validity of financial supplement contract

(1) The validity of a financial supplement contract with a person is not affected merely because the person was not eligible to obtain financial supplement when the contract was made, or ceases at a later time to be eligible. (2) The contract is not invalid, and is not voidable, under any other law (whether written or unwritten) in force in a State or Territory. (3) The contract is not invalid merely because the person is an undischarged bankrupt when the contract is made. (4) Bankruptcy does not release a person from his or her obligations under the contract.
