Section 1061ZZBM — Social Security Act 1991: Payment into bank account

(1) If an amount of financial supplement is paid to a person, it must be paid to the credit of a bank account nominated and maintained by the person. (2) The bank account may be maintained by the person alone or jointly or in common with someone else.
