Section 1061ZZBR — Social Security Act 1991: Secretary may give notice requiring information

(1) The Secretary may give a notice under this section to a person who is a category 2 student if: (a) financial supplement is paid to the person on the person’s own behalf; or (b) financial supplement is paid to someone else, on the person’s behalf, under section 1061ZZBL. (2) The notice must require the person to tell the Department if: (a) a stated event or change of circumstances happens; or (b) the person becomes aware that a stated event or change of circumstances is likely to happen.
