Section 1061ZZCI — Social Security Act 1991: Notification of amount outstanding

(1) The Secretary must give to a person who is a party to a financial supplement contract with a participating corporation a notice of an amount outstanding under the contract that exists on: (a) 1 June in the year following the year in which the contract was made; or (b) 1 June in any of the following 3 years. (2) The notice must state the amount outstanding under the contract at that date.
