Section 1061ZZDN — Social Security Act 1991: Secretary must give notice to person and corporation

(1) This section applies if: (a) a person is a party to a financial supplement contract with a participating corporation; and (b) the decision (the original decision) made in respect of the person under section 1061ZZAC or under Part 3 of the Social Security Student Financial Supplement Scheme 1998 is reviewed under Chapter 6; and (c) because of the review, the original decision is varied so that the person ceases to be eligible to obtain financial supplement. (2) The Secretary must give written notice to the person and the corporation: (a) stating that the person ceased to be eligible; and (b) specifying the date when the person ceased to be eligible.
