Section 1061ZZEE — Social Security Act 1991: Liability of person

(1) No amount is taken to be outstanding under the contract after the notice is given. (2) However, the person is liable to pay to the Commonwealth an amount worked out, as at the end of the period of 4 weeks referred to in subsection 1061ZZDY(3), using the formula:
