Section 1061ZZEF — Social Security Act 1991: Definitions

In sections 1061ZZED and 1061ZZEE: amounts notionally repaid means the total of the amounts notionally repaid before the notice was given. amounts repaid means the total of the amounts repaid under the contract before the notice was given. interest subsidy means the interest subsidy in relation to financial supplement paid under the contract. principal sum means the principal sum at the time when the notice was given.
