Section 1061ZZEO — Social Security Act 1991: FS debt owed by person

(1) If, at the termination date of a financial supplement contract made by a person with a participating corporation, there was or is an amount outstanding under the contract, the person owes an FS debt to the Commonwealth. (2) The FS debt is taken to have been incurred, or is incurred, as the case may be, on 1 June immediately after the termination date.
