Section 1061ZZFQ — Social Security Act 1991: Application of Division

This Division applies if, after a person makes a financial supplement contract with a participating corporation, whether before or after the termination date: (a) the person becomes bankrupt; or (b) the person enters into a personal insolvency agreement under Part X of the Bankruptcy Act 1966.
