Section 1061ZZFU — Social Security Act 1991: Notices of transfer

If any rights of a participating corporation to receive a payment from a person under this Chapter are transferred to the Commonwealth, the Secretary must, as soon as practicable, arrange for a written notice to be given to the person: (a) stating that the rights have been transferred; and (b) identifying any future payments that, because of the transfer, are required to be made to the Commonwealth.
