Section 1062D — Social Security Act 1991: Inclusion of information in annual report

The Employment Secretary, when preparing the Employment Department’s annual report under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period, must include in that report: (a) the name of each program for which an arrangement or grant referred to in section 1062A was made, varied or administered in that period; and (b) in relation to each such program—the total of the amounts paid in that period under arrangements or grants referred to in section 1062A.
