Section 1070 — Social Security Act 1991: When this Part applies

This Part applies if the rate of a person’s social security payment is to be calculated in accordance with any of the following Rate Calculators: (a) Pension Rate Calculator A (carer payments and certain age and disability support pensions); (c) Pension Rate Calculator D (certain disability support pensions); (d) Youth Allowance Rate Calculator; (da) Austudy Payment Rate Calculator; (e) Benefit Rate Calculator B (jobseeker payment); (f) Pension PP (Single) Rate Calculator or Benefit PP (Partnered) Rate Calculator (parenting payments).
