Section 1073D — Social Security Act 1991: To whom do working credit accrual and depletion rules apply?

The rules in this Division apply to a person (a working credit participant): (a) who is receiving a social security pension or a social security benefit; and (b) whose rate of payment of the pension or benefit is worked out with regard to the income test module of a rate calculator in this Chapter; and (c) who has not reached pension age; and (d) to whom the student income bank does not apply.
