Section 1157K — Social Security Act 1991: Method of valuing car fringe benefits

(1) Subject to subsection (2), the value of a car fringe benefit is to be worked out in accordance with section 1157L. (2) If a determination is in force under section 1157M, the value of a car fringe benefit is to be worked out in accordance with the determination.
