Section 1184H — Social Security Act 1991: Debts resulting from contravention of section 1184D
Text of the provision Official document
(1) An amount payable by a compensation payer under section 1184E is a debt due by the compensation payer to the Commonwealth. (2) An amount payable by an insurer under section 1184E is a debt due by the insurer to the Commonwealth.
