Section 1198C — Social Security Act 1991: Adjustment of youth disability supplement

(1) This Act (and any other Act that refers to this Act) has effect as if, on 1 January each year, the amount worked out using the following formula was substituted for the amount of the rate of the youth disability supplement under Module C of Pension Rate Calculator D or Module C of Pension Rate Calculator E: where: CA rate is the current figure, as at that 1 January, for the CA rate. Note: For current figure see subsection 20(1). (2) This Act (and any other Act that refers to this Act) has effect as if, on 1 January each year, the current figure, as at that 1 January, was substituted for the amount of the rate of the youth disability supplement under Module D of the Youth Allowance Rate Calculator. Note: For current figure see subsection 20(1).
