Section 1207J — Social Security Act 1991: Active involvement with a primary production enterprise

For the purposes of this Part, an individual is taken to have been actively involved with a primary production enterprise if, and only if, the individual: (a) has contributed a significant part of his or her labour to the development of the enterprise; or (b) has undertaken educational studies or training in a field that, in the opinion of the Secretary, is relevant to the development or management of the enterprise.
