Section 1230B — Social Security Act 1991: Overseas application of provisions

Sections 1184F, 1184I, 1223, 1224AA, 1224AB, 1224D, 1227, 1227B, 1228 and 1228B extend to: (a) acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia, whether in a foreign country or not; and (b) all persons irrespective of nationality or citizenship.
