Section 1252 — Social Security Act 1991: Appeals to courts against making of departure prohibition orders

(1) A person aggrieved by the making of a departure prohibition order may appeal to the Federal Court of Australia or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) against the making of the order. (2) This section has effect subject to Chapter III of the Constitution.
