Section 139 — Social Security Act 1991: Application—subsection 955(2)

Subsection 955(2) of this Act as amended by the Social Security Legislation Amendment (Improved Support for Carers) Act 2009 applies to a person who: (a) is receiving carer allowance immediately before 1 July 2009; or (b) makes a claim for a carer allowance on or after 1 July 2009.
