Section 500V — Social Security Act 1991: Educational schemes exclusion—person member of a couple

(1) This section applies to a person who is a member of a couple. (2) Parenting payment is not payable to the person if the person is receiving: (b) payments under the ABSTUDY Scheme (other than payments under the ABSTUDY Scheme as a part-time student); or (c) payments under a Student Financial Supplement Scheme.
