Section 549G — Social Security Act 1991: Application of Subdivision

This Subdivision applies to a person only if the person is undertaking full-time study (see section 541B). Note: If the person is not undertaking full-time study, Division 3AA or 3A of Part 3 of the Administration Act might apply.
