Section 55 — Social Security Act 1991: How to work out a person’s age pension rate

A person’s age pension rate is worked out: (a) if the person is not permanently blind—using Pension Rate Calculator A at the end of section 1064 (see Part 3.2); or (b) if the person is permanently blind—using Pension Rate Calculator B at the end of section 1065 (see Part 3.3).
