Section 573C — Social Security Act 1991: Value of person’s assets to include value of assets of partner

The value of a person’s assets is the sum of the following values: (a) the value of the person’s assets (disregarding paragraph (b)); (b) if the person is a member of a couple (see section 4)—the value of the assets of the person’s partner.
