Section 739 — Social Security Act 1991: SPB homeless person

For the purposes of subparagraphs 737(1)(b)(ii) and 738(1)(b)(ii), a person is an SPB homeless person if: (a) the person is not a member of a couple; and (b) the person does not have a dependent child; and (c) the person meets the conditions in subsection 1067A(9) (which is about being independent).
