Section 747 — Social Security Act 1991: Approved program of work supplement for persons who are nominated visa holders

Text of the provision Official document

If a person who is a nominated visa holder: (a) is receiving special benefit; and (b) is participating in an approved program of work for income support payment; the rate of the person’s special benefit is increased by an amount of $20.80, to be known as the approved program of work supplement, for each fortnight during which the person participates in the program.
