Section 915B — Social Security Act 1991: Rate of quarterly energy supplement

(1) The person’s daily rate of quarterly energy supplement, for a particular day, is: (a) if the Rate Calculator for the main payment received on that day produces an annual rate—1/364 of the amount that, apart from this Division, would be the person’s energy supplement for that day; or (b) if the Rate Calculator for the main payment received on that day produces a fortnightly rate—1/14 of the amount that, apart from this Division, would be the person’s energy supplement for that day. (2) This section has effect subject to subsection 1210(3A).
