Section 92G — Social Security Act 1991: Lodgment of application

Text of the provision Official document

(1) An application must be lodged: (a) at an office of the Department; or (b) at a place approved by the Secretary; or (c) with a person approved by the Secretary. (2) A place or person approved under subsection (1) may be a place or person within or outside Australia.
