Section 123WN — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: Crediting of amounts to income management accounts—Ministerial rules

The Minister may, by legislative instrument, make rules providing that an amount ascertained in accordance with the rules is to be credited to: (a) the Income Management Record; and (b) a person’s income management account; in the circumstances specified in the rules.
