Section 124D — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: Schooling requirement payments

In this Act: schooling requirement payment means: (a) a social security benefit; or (b) a social security pension; or (c) one of the following payments under the Veterans’ Entitlements Act: (ii) income support supplement; (iii) service pension; (iv) veteran payment.
