Section 124NA — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: When this Division applies
Text of the provision Official document
This Division applies if: (a) a schooling requirement person’s child is enrolled at a school in a State or Territory; and (b) a person responsible for the operation of the school gives the Secretary written notice that the child is failing to attend school, as required by the law of that State or Territory, to the satisfaction of the person responsible.
