Section 130 — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: Withdrawal of application

Text of the provision Official document

(1) A person who has applied for review of a decision may withdraw the application at any time before the review has been completed. (2) If an application for review of a decision is withdrawn, the application is taken never to have been made. (3) An application may be withdrawn orally or in writing or in any other manner approved by the Secretary.
