Section 132 — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: Guidelines for exercise of Secretary’s power to continue payment

The Minister, by legislative instrument: (a) is to determine guidelines for the exercise of the Secretary’s power to make declarations under section 131 in relation to social security payments to persons who are subject to a compliance penalty period; and (b) may revoke or vary those guidelines.
