Section 211 — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: Application of Part

Text of the provision Official document

This Part extends to: (a) acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia, whether or not in a foreign country; and (b) all persons, irrespective of their nationality, who are making, or have made, a claim for a social security payment under the social security law; and (c) all persons, irrespective of their nationality, who are receiving, or have received, a payment of a social security payment under the social security law.
