Section 241 — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: Annual report

Text of the provision Official document

(1) As soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, the Secretary must give to the Minister a written report on the administrative operation of the social security law during the financial year that ended on that 30 June. (2) The Minister is to cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the Minister receives the report.
