Section 243B — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: Review by Senate Committee

The Senate Community Affairs References Committee, or such other committee constituted under a resolution of the Senate, must: (a) begin a review of each legislative instrument made by the Minister for the purposes of Part 3AA or Part 3B within 3 months after the day the instrument is tabled in the Senate; and (b) report the Committee’s findings to the Senate as soon as practicable after completing each review.
