Section 255 — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: Saving of steps in review process
Text of the provision Official document
If: (a) a person made an application under section 1240, 1247 or 1283 of the 1991 Act before 20 March 2000; and (b) the application was not determined before 20 March 2000; anything done under, or for the purposes of, a provision of the 1991 Act before 20 March 2000 has effect, on and after that date, as if it had been done under, or for the purposes of, the corresponding provision of this Act.
