Section 33 — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: Right to withdraw
Text of the provision Official document
(1) A claimant for a social security payment or a concession card, or a person acting on behalf of such a claimant, may withdraw a claim that has not been determined. (2) A claim that is withdrawn is taken not to have been made.
