Section 44 — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: Payment of instalments to person or nominee

(1) Subject to section 45, instalments of a person’s social security periodic payment are to be paid to that person. (2) If, by virtue of a determination under subsection 46(2), a person’s special employment advance is to be paid by instalments, the instalments are to be paid to that person. (3) This section has effect subject to Part 3A.
