Section 47AB — Social Security (Administration) Act 1999: Payment of carer supplement

If an individual is qualified for carer supplement for a year, the Secretary must pay the supplement to the individual: (a) on the date or dates that the Secretary considers to be the earliest date or dates on which it is reasonably practicable for the payment to be made; and (b) in such manner as the Secretary considers appropriate.
